Terms of Service

Welcome, and thank you for trusting Jasmin's Lucky Dog Sitting with your dog. These terms explain how the service works. By booking or using the service, you agree to them.

1. About the service

Jasmin's Lucky Dog Sitting offers overnight dog sitting, dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting in Orange County, California. Care is provided personally by Jasmin.

2. Booking and communication

You can reach out by email or Instagram to ask about availability. A booking is only confirmed once Jasmin has confirmed your dates with you directly. Because spots are limited, please book as early as you can.

3. Changes and cancellations

Life happens, and plans change. Please give as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel a booking. Because your dog's spot is reserved just for them and is hard to fill on short notice, the following applies:

  • More than 3 days before the booking starts: you can cancel with no cancellation fee.
  • Within 3 days (72 hours) of the start date: 50% of the rate for each remaining booked day is due.
  • Payments already made are non-refundable. If you cancel early, they may be applied as credit toward a future booking at Jasmin's discretion.

If a booking needs to be cut short once it has started, the days already reserved still apply as above.

4. Payment

Rates are shared when you inquire and are agreed before care begins. Payment is arranged directly with Jasmin using the method you both agree on.

5. Your dog's health and safety

Please share accurate information about your dog's health, behavior, and any medications before care begins. Dogs should be up to date on vaccinations and flea and tick prevention. In an emergency, you authorize Jasmin to seek veterinary care for your dog, and you agree to be responsible for any related costs.

6. What you provide

  • Enough food, treats, and any medications for the length of care
  • Your dog's usual supplies (leash, harness, bed, and so on)
  • Safe access instructions for walks, drop-ins, or house sitting
  • Honest details about any behavioral concerns

7. Care and liability

Jasmin gives every dog attentive, loving, one-on-one care. That said, she cannot be held responsible for pre-existing conditions, illness, or behavior that is outside her reasonable control. You confirm your dog is in good health and has no history of harmful behavior that has not been disclosed.

8. Photos and updates

Part of the fun is daily photo updates. Jasmin may also share some photos on social media to show the pups she has cared for. If you would prefer your dog not be posted publicly, just let her know and she will keep them private.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
