Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information Jasmin's Lucky Dog Sitting collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
1. Information collected
When you get in touch or book, you may share your name, email, phone number, details about your dog, and the messages you send.
The website also uses a third-party live chat tool (Crisp). When the chat is active, it automatically collects limited technical information to work and to help Jasmin reply, including your IP address, approximate location (such as country or city), the pages you view on the site, your browser and device type, the site that referred you, and the messages you send in the chat. This is standard for live chat and is used only to provide support.

3. Sharing
Your information is never sold. It is only shared with the services needed to run the business, such as the email provider, the website host, Instagram (if you reach out there), and the live chat provider (if enabled). Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
4. Cookies and live chat
The website uses minimal cookies. The live chat tool (Crisp) sets its own cookies and collects the technical information described in section 1 so the chat works and so Jasmin can see which pages you are viewing while helping you. Crisp handles this data under its own privacy policy, available at crisp.chat/privacy. If you would rather not use the chat, simply don't open it, or reach Jasmin by email or Instagram instead.
5. Photos of your dog
Jasmin may share photos of dogs she has cared for on social media. If you would prefer your dog's photos stay private, tell her and she will not post them.
6. Keeping and deleting your information
Your information is kept only as long as needed for your bookings and records. You can ask to have your information deleted at any time.
7. Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, request that it be deleted, or opt out of having your dog's photos posted, by emailing jasmin@luckysitting.com.
8. Children
This service is intended for adults, and the website is not directed to children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
